Giropoma Costa Brava es una empresa de producción de manzanas, con más de 50 años de historia situada en la zona geográfica de Girona, que goza del atributo de Indicación Geográfica Protegida, reconocida
por el origen y calidad de su fruta. Sus 30.000Tm de producción se reparten entre las variedades de Gala, Golden Delicious, Red Delicious, Granny Smith, Pink Lady y Fuji. Su zona de producción está enclavada
entre los parques naturales del Baix y Alt Empordà lo que le confiere unos atributos de naturalidad y saber hacer en sus tierras de producción, en que todos sus productores garantizan el conocimiento y aplicación
de las buenas prácticas agrícolas, viéndose acreditadas a través de las certificaciones correspondientes de GlobalGAP y Producción Integrada. Sus instalaciones disponen de los más modernos sistemas de con-
servación de la fruta, con cámaras frigoríficas de Atmósfera Dinámica y máquinas de envasado de última generación. /Giropoma Costa Brava is a joint production of apples, with over 50 years of history located in
the geographical area of Girona , which enjoys Protected Geographical Indication attribute recognized by the origin and quality of the fruit. 30.000Tm their production are shared between the varieties Gala, Golden
Delicious , Red Delicious , Granny Smith , Pink Lady and Fuji. Its production area is located between the natural parks of Baix and Alt Emporda which gives some attributes of naturalness and know-how in the land
of production, in which all producers guarantee the knowledge and application of good agricultural practices, seeing accredited through the certifications of GlobalGAP and Integrated Production. Its facilities include
the most modern systems of conservation of fruit, cold and dynamic atmosphere packaging machines of last generation.
