At PISCIMAD, Prominent Iberia will showcase its most innovative products as regards measurement and control, as Xavi Olivares, account manager of the company's Pool & Wellness division, reveals. "It's our Pool Control Chlorine/pH Panel, a device whose market success and acceptance have been much better than we expected". Furthermore, the company will take advantage of the fair, held from 5 to 8 November as part of International Construction Week, to reach new clients and facilities and to strengthen its commercial presence in the Spanish market.
What importance does Prominent place on technology and quality?
Prominent is a multinational company headquartered in Heidelberg, Germany, with more than 2,700 employees across 50 locations and 11 production sites worldwide. It is well known in the water treatment sector for its state-of-the-art technology and high-quality standards, as well as for its production and sale of diaphragm dosing pumps. Besides the Dosing business unit, it also has Disinfection and Measurement/Control business units.
The most important thing we can and should emphasise is that we manufacture all the products we sell. Our products are designed for any area related to water treatment, from drinking water plants and wastewater treatment to the paper, textile, pharmaceutical and food industries, as well as the pool & wellness sector.
What would you highlight among the products showcased at PISCIMAD 2024?
At PISCIMAD, we aim to present our most innovative product in terms of measurement and control: our Pool Control Chlorine/pH Panel, a device whose success and acceptance in the market have been much better than expected. Even so, we want to use this type of event to reach clients and facilities that we have not yet reached and strengthen our commercial presence in the Spanish market with a high-quality, highly precise product—and, above all, a truly competitive price.
What other new developments will be featured at your stand?
Additionally, we are committed to showcasing advanced disinfection systems that will make a strong impression: our Chlorinsitu (small chlorine generators) and our UV disinfection equipment (designed to eliminate chloramines and counteract the high water and energy consumption). And, of course, we will continue to promote our dosing pumps.
How can Prominent's participation in PISCIMAD boost its presence in the pool sector?
