Registered participants of each edition of a fair or event can access the digital event on the LIVE Connect platform. The groups with access include:
- Exhibitors
- Visitors who have completed their online registration
- Media
Once you have completed registration and obtained your pro pass, when the digital event opens, you will receive a welcome email with instructions on how to access LIVE Connect.
You will be able to log in from the website or from the welcome email with your registration credentials. There is no LIVE Connect app, but you will be able to access the platform from any device.
You can gain access if you are the contact who completed the exhibitor or co-exhibitor application form or you have been registered as a team member in the LIVE Connect Exhibitor Area and have received a welcome email.

The Virtual Pass is ideal for those who want to enjoy all the content of the event. With it, you will have access to LIVE Connect with all its functionalities.
The LIVE Connect 365 Community is a collaborative environment where you can discover trends and acquire cross-sector knowledge, manage your interests and contacts, exchange opinions, participate in challenges, debates and other recommended activities.
You will be able to log in with your LIVE Connect credentials.
Exhibitors with the functionality activated can view details of active visitors and exhibitors and request contact with them. Once the contact has been accepted, face-to-face and videoconference meetings and chats can be requested.
Visitors can contact exhibitor users.
Exhibitors with networking functionality can scan trade visitor badges.
Both exhibitors and visitors can download their complete contact details with the notes they have included in their contacts.
