The Trade Meeting Point offers all fair exhibitors the chance to contact all the trade visitors who have shown they want to take part in it, before and during the fair.
It allows exhibitors to check online the trade details and interests of visitors using the service. At the same time it allows them to email registered visitors, thus providing them with an invaluable marketing tool by establishing direct contact between exhibitors and registered visitors.

Exhibitors have access to the Trade Meeting Point as such.
Visitors can only take part by voluntarily signing up for this service beforehand.
HOW CAN I ACCESS THE TRADE MEETING POINT?
Exhibitors who wish to use this service must go to the Exhibitors' Area. Please remember that, to access the Exhibitors' Area services, you will need the user name and password the Commercial Department will have given to you to hand.
Once you have accessed the service you will be able to do a visitor search using various criteria. From a list you will be able to display the file for each visitor, showing their trade details and interests. You will also be able to send a personal email to each of the selected visitors, individually or collectively.
UNTIL WHEN CAN I USE THE TRADE MEETING POINT?
The tools offered by the trade visitor consultation and communication service through the Trade Meeting Point will remain operational until two weeks after the end of the fair.
