MOTORTEC CHILE will hold its second edition from September 7 to 9, 2023

At the Espacio Riesco Events and Conventions Center in Santiago de Chile

Madrid, March 1, 2023.- IFEMA MADRID, the leading trade fair institution in Spain, and ESPACIO RIESCO, the most important Chilean convention center and trade fair operator, confirm the second edition of MOTORTEC CHILE, from September 7 to 9, 2023.

There will be 12,000 square meters of exhibition space in Espacio Riesco, the place where the first call was successfully carried out and which managed to bring together more than 80 brands from Latin America and Europe, and more than 3,000 professionals in the sector, thus anticipating the largest after-sales meeting automotive industry on the continent. On this occasion, it is expected to exceed the figures achieved last year, reaching 4,000 visitors.

The first edition of MOTORTEC CHILE meant the transfer to Latin America of a successful model such as MOTORTEC MADRID, which in April of last year celebrated its sixteenth version, confirming once again, as the reference Fair for the after-sales industry in southern Europe. And it did so in a country, like Chile, which offers great potential to this sector, and in which, in addition, IFEMA MADRID has celebrated the replica of some of its most emblematic fairs, such as MATELEC Latin America, GENERA Latin America, SICUR Latin America and LOOK Chile Hall.

MOTORTEC CHILE will again offer this 2023 a space for innovation, where the main companies in the sector will have the opportunity to present their most advanced technological solutions and proposals, and knowledge, and where to raise those issues that will define the future of this important economic segment.

The Fair will provide answers to serve a mobile fleet such as the Chilean one, made up of more than 6 million vehicles, articulating its offer around the sectors of Auto parts, engines, parts and pieces; Workshop, repair and maintenance equipment; Vehicle equipment; Oils, lubricants and additives; Vehicle washing and maintenance; Tires and batteries; Armor for vehicles; Hydraulic equipment and components; New ICTs applied to logistics and information systems for workshops; Control and management services for dealers, gas stations and workshops; Electronics, lighting and systems for special vehicles, equipment and conversions; Accessories and customization; Academic institutions, associations and organizations of the sector, and specialized publishers

A professional and specialized fair where professionals, technicians, mechanics from the automotive sector converge; owners and managers of workshops, service stations and technical inspection plants; importers of spare parts, parts and pieces; aftermarket distributors; service centers, maintenance and automotive workshops; fleet managers of small, medium and large companies; operators of mass, urban and interurban transport; businessmen of the sector; service companies in transport, logistics and distribution; sector entrepreneurs; universities, institutes and technical training centers, as well as teachers and students.

Likewise, important support is expected from the main associations of this industry, including the National Confederation of Cargo Transport of Chile, CNTC; the National Confederation of Truck Owners, CNDC Chile; Transport Association of Interprovincial, International and Industrial Buses, ABI; the National Federation of Rural, Interprovincial, International and Private Transport Buses, FENABUS; the National Confederation of Taxi Drivers of Chile, CONFENATACH; the National Major and Minor Transport Confederation, CONFENATAXI; the National Confederation of Collective Taxis of Chile, CONATACOCH, and the Confederation of Collective Taxis and Minor Transport of Chile, CONTTRAMEN.

In parallel to the commercial exhibition, an intense agenda of professional meetings will be developed, given the success that these events had in the previous edition of MOTORTEC CHILE: the International Congress, where qualified experts will address the issues that most concern the sector, and the Technical-Commercial Talks, which are offered to the exhibiting companies, so that they can present their latest innovations to the professional visitors of the Fair.
