Antolín García: “New Gate now prioritises electronic manufacturing”
Antolín García, the general manager of New Gate, states that “New Gate now prioritises electronic manufacturing alongside the production of automatic doors and motors for doors and shutters, which have been their main focus for many years.” He goes on to add: “The company is rolling out extensive technical coverage in Spain and Portugal.”
Antolín García emphasises the CloudFort app, 100% designed and developed by New Gate. The app “controls remote openings via wifi, providing high security. It can also attack locks and accesses using controlled impulses. The user with an authorised licence can choose a timed expiration or automatic mode”. Additionally, "we offer a portfolio of tempered glass push buttons for lights and home blinds, sensors, on-off switches for signage and lights by programmed time, cameras to see in situ when the door is operated, etc.".
The general manager of New Gate highlights that, alongside their home automation, “we produce control units for automation systems with a password specifically for the professional installer. These units can be programmed via the CloudTech portal on a mobile device, providing protection against potential intrusions outside of the installation of a New Gate product.” The control panel can also connect to the CloudFort system by “linking it online to the homeowner's router”.
Products on demand
Regarding the products produced by New Gate, García highlights that one of their advantages is their technical coverage, achieved through delegate distributors operating across Spain and Portugal. "We focus solely on mobile apps, which provide guidance for general technical training sessions regarding the current landscape of remote openings. The client considers this educational approach essential to enter their markets with greater security and understanding.” Another significant benefit is the ability “to create on-demand products based on the customer's preferences or the type of product being offered.”
