Aprimatic Garage Doors Now with Brushless Motors
Aprimatic has added new garage door motors to its range for sliding and swing gates with brushless technology and fully digital commutators.
Aprimatic‘s range now includes new motors with brushless technology for garage doors, sliding gates and swing doors. The motor is brushless and has a fully digital commutator instead of DC geared motors with brush commutators. As there are no brushes, motors with brushless technology suffer less wear, ensuring greater durability, reliability and safety of the automation system. They also stand out for their low energy consumption and low maintenance.
The company also has the Onda 836 BS, a brushless operator for sliding doors up to 800 kg and a span of up to ten metres. It has a 36 V DC motor, oil bath reducer, and double adjustable control of the motor force with a mechanical and electronic clutch for continuous use. The position and speed recognition encoder provides precise door movement and improved anti-crushing safety. This 14 kg brushless motor incorporates the A80 Bs controller box.
Swing Doors
Swing doors are the other application for this brushless motor, and one of Aprimatic Doors’ innovations is the Forty 40 Bs. This hydraulic operator for single or double leaf swing gates incorporates an absolute linear encoder to recognise the gate’s position and movement speed accurately.
This 36 V DC brushless motor is for continuous use. It incorporates the A40 Bs controller box. For safety, it has a linear encoder to ensure stop and reverse when it detects an obstacle.
