Aprimatic Presents a New Generation of Automatic Doors
Aprimatic has updated its catalogue of automatic doors for pedestrian traffic, with efficient mechanisms that ensure low electricity consumption. The new brushless range is available for both sliding and swing doors.
Aprimatic’s new generation of automatic doors have brushless motors with full digital commutation instead of traditional geared motors with direct current and brush commutator. This technology has significant advantages, such as increased durability and reliability, low power consumption and low maintenance, and suppressing electromagnetic interference.
Safety is another feature of this technology. While a brushed motor turns as soon as current is applied, with a brushless motor if there’s no constant commutation in the right sequence, it doesn’t move. So, any controller malfunction is less hazardous.
Reliable and environmentally friendly
Brushless motors work at lower speeds and have a much longer life as there is less wear. It’s a technology notable for its reliability and low CO2 consumption. And it is particularly appropriate for high-technology sectors, such as aerospace, transport, and electric vehicles.
