Juan Carlos Erauso, New Chair of AEPA
Juan Carlos Erauso, of Matz Erreka, was elected as the new Chairman of AEPA on 11th March. The outgoing chairman, Javier Pérez Sánchez, was presented with a commemorative plaque recognising his outstanding work for the association and, especially, his contribution to launching the Smart Doors trade fair, organised by IFEMA MADRID.
Juan Carlos Erauso, of the Mondragon Group's Matz Erreka cooperative, was elected last March as the new chairman of AEPA, the Manual & Automatic Doors Business Association. At the same event, the outgoing chairman, Javier Pérez Sánchez, of Novoferm Alsal, was presented with a commemorative plaque recognising his outstanding work for the association and, especially, his contribution to launching the Smart Doors trade fair, organised by IFEMA MADRID.
Both Erreka and Novoferm have participated in the Fair since its first edition. Javier Pérez, a member of the Smart Doors Organising Committee, will also continue as Vice-Chair of AEPA. Business associations are vital for promoting the automatic door sector, and the Manual & Automatic Doors Business Association is one of the most active, working together with other associations members of the FIMPA Federation, which is headed, on the business side, by the Organising Committee.
