Critical infrastructure requires high-level security systems which guarantee the protection of their access points without compromising operative efficiency. Ferrimax, an exhibitor at the latest edition of SICUR, has developed comprehensive solutions which combine the physical strength of their certified doors with advanced management and monitoring technology.

Ferrimax's approach allows control centres to manage access in a secure, flexible and customised manner, adapting to the specific needs of each installation. The company designs and manufactures high security doors in compliance with RC4 and RC5 of regulation EN 1627, as the company's directors explain. However, “we don't solely focus on the physical robustness of our doors; we also develop the software and hardware to monitor and manage the doors and locks at the access points of critical infrastructure”.

With Ferrimax’s solutions, security and ease of use are perfectly combined. “From the control centre it is possible to continuously monitor the status of the doors, manage their switching, and receive alerts on entrances and exits made, as well as alarm signals, ensuring complete control at all times”.

Solutions for every type of infrastructure

The company offers customised solutions that are adapted to the specific needs of each facility. “Our doors, available in single and double-leaf versions, are available in sizes tailored to the specific features of each infrastructure”. In addition, it offers different locking options, “both mechanical and motorised, combined with advanced functionalities such as automatic locking and panic bars, ideal for emergency exits or escape routes2. And all this “without compromising the strength and safety certification that characterises our products”.
