Casmar expands its range of occupancy management and behavioural analysis solutions with the new PassCounter 4DPlus device from OnTrace. It is a people counting camera for occupancy control in premises with data exploitation using its dashboard.

Casmar offers users all the functionalities integrated into the device itself. It is simple and easy to install as it does not require any additional software or hardware. No Internet connection is required, and all data can be accessed from the client’s local network as the camera itself functions as a server.

It allows you to add more devices, regardless of the number of centres installed. It is robust, with hierarchical access to the generated data. The collected data is stored in the device itself and can be accessed from the dashboard, minimising the hardware required. It is also modular, with different backup options available.

It is straightforward to operate and effective. The PassCounter 4DPlus device is placed in a zenithal position over the areas to monitor. It counts people automatically and reliably, without storing images or other data that could violate visitor privacy. Data collected with the camera can be used to gauge marketing campaigns and analyse consumer behaviour. For example, visitor numbers in a store or average customer dwell time.
