Among the new products presented by Bosch Security and Safety Systems, a company which took part in the latest edition of SICUR, the Flexidome 3100i cameras, which offer flexible security without reducing video analysis capacity or data security stand out.

The Flexidome 3100i expands the 3100i product family and offers reliable security without compromising video analysis capacity or data security. Due to its discreet design, the new camera is ideal for schools, offices, or specific locations which require discreet surveillance. Interior and exterior models, with or without IR light, offer greater flexibility to meet the needs of different projects. IR lighting guarantees coverage of up to 30 m in dark environments. The cameras also have built-in varifocal lenses which provide sharp and detailed images with a flexible field of vision.

Bosch explains that protecting airports, government buildings, schools and campuses poses unique challenges requiring made-to-measure solutions based on the location; there is no one size fits all solution. “We understand this complexity and offer a complete range of versatile and economic 3100i cameras. Our cameras are designed to protect any location, including vandalism-prone stairways and lifts, loading bays, fire exits and car park entrances and exits”. All models include video analysis with deep learning to detect objects with precision and with the maximum level of data protection to offer security and peace of mind.

New DIVAR IP recording units

The DIVAR IP all-in-one 7000 (Gen 4) recording units provide a comprehensive and professional solution for recording and video management on a maximum of 256 channels to meet the changing needs of large premises such as government buildings, offices, warehouses and production and distribution centres. The system combines filming, video management and local functions on a single device, providing a professional VMS on a medium to large size system or as building blocks of a distributed BVMS system. It is accessible via narrow or variable bandwidth connections and can be easily scaled up to protect investment.

Users without computer skills can also use the system easily thanks to the basic task configurations via the BVMS wizard. In addition, the DIVAR IP System Manager offers a user-friendly interface that provides an overview of the installed application software and allows for easy updating, maximising efficiency and reducing downtime.

The new recording units provide robust hardware redundancy, are secure by design and have a monitoring tool for easy remote management. In addition, they can be easily integrated with third-party security systems to provide a complete and easy-to-use solution for recording and managing security video footage.
