Juba uses its K-Rock technology in a comprehensive range of gloves made with a highly durable cut-resistant fibre that provides exceptional touch sensitivity and ergonomics.

The company claims that Juba’s new technology also means more affordable products with a better price-quality ratio than other fibres. “All these advantages are making this new range a great success, establishing itself in the market.”

The secret of our K-Rock technology cut-resistant gloves is the lightweight composite filament we’ve developed. It’s more resistant to cuts, snags and tears thanks to the braiding of its engineered threads. K-Rock threads combine high-strength, high-performance components. We increase the core’s shear strength by twisting threads of other fibres around it. “The resulting fabric enables us to make highly cut-resistant gloves, suitable for a wide range of uses while being lightweight, soft, breathable and very comfortable.”

This is “one of the biggest innovations in anti-cut work gloves in recent decades and enables Juba to offer customers an innovative new product with better protection.”

Designs

This range includes four designs for working in dry environments, coated with polyurethane and offering different cut levels, from C to E. Another two other designs with latex are for wet environments, levels D and F. There are five designs with nitrile for oily environments, with cut levels from B to F, including special anti-impact designs and one with no coating suitable for the food processing industry.
