Throughout 2025, the venue will host a packed agenda of highly relevant events, solidifying its position as a driving force in MICE tourism and an undisputed reference in the trade fair sector.

IFEMA MADRID reaffirms its leadership as one of the preferred destinations for hosting international congresses and conventions. Throughout 2025, the venue will host a packed agenda of highly relevant events, solidifying its position as a driving force in MICE tourism and an undisputed reference in the trade fair sector.

The year kicked off with Madrid Fusión (January 27-29), a world-renowned gastronomic event that brought together over 21,000 attendees, including prestigious chefs, specialized journalists, and culinary enthusiasts. In March, the 40th Annual EAU Congress (March 21-24) will take place, gathering 15,000 participants in the field of urology, while the ASLAN Congress (March 18-19) will attract 1,800 experts in technology and digital innovation.

In April, IFEMA MADRID will host the EPA - 33rd European Congress of Psychiatry (April 5-8), a key meeting in psychiatry with 1,800 attendees. May will see prominent events such as the Salón Carrefour (May 6-8), bringing together 2,000 retail professionals; the SECOIR Congress (May 7-9), with 2,000 specialists in ophthalmology; INORMS Madrid (May 7-8), focused on research and innovation with 1,700 attendees; and the Rheumatology-SER Congress (May 14-16), gathering 2,000 rheumatology experts.

June will bring the GEER Spine Congress (June 4-6), convening 900 experts in spinal pathology. Subsequently, ESC Congress 2025 (August 29 - September 1) will attract 30,000 participants, establishing itself as one of the most relevant events in global cardiology. In early September, the 45th SICOT Orthopedic World Congress (September 3-5) will convene 2,000 specialists in orthopedics and traumatology.

Autumn will also be a key period for IFEMA MADRID with SECOT 2025 (October 1-3), bringing together 2,700 professionals in orthopedic surgery and traumatology, and the Spanish Breast Congress 2025 - 7CEMA (October 16-18), focusing on breast oncology with 1,200 participants. Finally, in November, the semFYC 2025 Congress (November 13-15) will gather 2,500 family and community medicine professionals.
