IBÉRICOS VÁZQUEZ S.L participates this year in Meat Attraction with the aim of presenting its inclusion as a registered winery in the D.O.P Jabugo.
Our company has been producing Iberian pork products since the 1960s and we have already come a long way in the sector. José, our manager, is the third generation of the Vázquez family who, bringing a renewed vision, has opted for the 100% acorn-fed Iberian pigs that come out of our natural drying sheds to bear the prestigious seal of the "Jabugo" Protected Designation of Origin.
Furthermore, our commitment to internationalisation is clear. We could not pass up the opportunities offered by the single European market and today our Iberian products are enjoyed in countries such as France, Italy, Portugal, Germany, Sweden, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Bulgaria. Not satisfied with this commercial expansion developed especially during the last decade, we have obtained export authorisations for both ham and shoulder pieces, as well as for the meats that leave our cutting room to countries such as Japan or Mexico and we are exploring the possibility of obtaining new authorisations in the near future.
In short, we visited Meat Attraction 2023 with the hope of meeting some of our customers and distributors and with the desire to meet new people and companies with whom we can forge new alliances that will surely last over time.
