Acorn-fed ham 100% D.O.P. Los Pedroches 2022, made exclusively with organic sea salt. 100% free of colorants, preservatives and allergens. This organic salt is naturally extracted from seawater and left to dry for two months, and does not contain any anti-caking agents or other chemicals. The result is a clean and clear taste of pure acorn-fed ham, without any type of taste alteration. This ham is presented both by piece and in sliced format of 80 gr.

Eresma presents its Extra Cooked and Smoked Ham, made only with the top of the fresh ham. Cooked and smoked in a natural way with beech wood. This way we achieve a format of high meat quality and small size, approximately 2 kgs, to guarantee unparalleled freshness on the counter.
It stands out for its versatility in the kitchen, ideal for classic slicing, either by machine or knife; for slices “a la gallega”; or simply a quick touch in the frying pan.
