This year, the event will feature 21 established designers, along with newcomers like Baro Lucas, Álex Rivière and JNORIG making their debuts. Menchen Tomas will also be back. The EGO catwalk will display collections from ten emerging firms, including guest international designer Sandra Weil from MBFWMexico.

The 81st edition of Spanish fashion’s leading designer fashion extravaganza - Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Madrid - will be held in Hall 14.1 of IFEMA MADRID from 20 to 23 February, cementing its commitment to Spanish fashion with a line-up of events that combines the talent of established designers with a breath of fresh air from a lineup of newcomers.

There will be four days of catwalk shows and a packed schedule that features everything from timeless elegance to avant-garde originality. The 81st edition will showcase innovations from Baro Lucas, Álex Rivière and JNORIG alongside collections from some of Spain’s most established firms, such as Pedro del Hierro, Isabel Sanchis, Hannibal Laguna, Custo Barcelona and Ágatha Ruiz de la Prada.

The programme comprises 21 established designers, who will hold their catwalk shows on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, while Sunday will be the big day when young creators will reveal their work at the EGO show. Sandra Weil, the international guest designer from Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week México, will join nine up-and-coming designers.

New look for the Kissing Room

This year, the Kissing Room will host a special exhibition with three mannequins showing the designers of last September's edition. Pedro del Hierro and Isabel Sanchis, winners of the L’Oréal Paris Award for the best collection, and Alejandre, winner of the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Talent Award, will see their talent displayed in this exclusive area.

What’s more, this time the Kissing Room is managed by Schweppes, with an outstanding presence, along with brands like El Supremo Rum, Solán de Cabras, Mahou Cinco Estrellas and Bodegas Cosme Palacio. Moreover, the décor has been upgraded courtesy of Be Water Home that will transform the Kissing Room into a welcoming, cosy space. Meanwhile, the venue will be adorned with floral decorations, creating a natural, ephemeral atmosphere that fuses floral design and textile trends from Elena Suárez & Co. These creations, inspired by the season's trends, will invite visitors to capture special moments.

MBFWMadrid, organised by IFEMA MADRID and supported by Madrid City Council, can count on a long list of companies loyal to the event. They all committed to the Spanish fashion sector and include Mercedes-Benz, L’Oréal Paris and Inditex, which will be there as the Main Sponsors; Iberia and MO by Multiópticas will attend as Sponsors; and GHD, Community of Madrid, Málaga de Moda, accompanied by the corporate identity of the Diputación de Málaga, UDIT, University of Design, Innovation and Technology, Castile and León with the Uniendo Moda programme promoted by the CEOE, East Crema Coffee x Oatly, RBA, El Supremo Rum, Schweppes, Solán de Cabras, Gabana Music Club, Mahou Cinco Estrellas, Be Water Home, Elena Suárez & Co., Bodegas Cosme Palacio as collaborators; and Flabelus as Official Footwear of MBFWMadrid. The fashion spectacle will also be covered by ¡HOLA! Magazine as the Media Partner of the event. They will have an amazing stand where visitors can go along and pick up one of their publications, which include ¡HOLA!, Fashion, Living, ¡HOLA! Madrid and Alta Costura. As in previous years, ¡HOLA! TV will be the international television channel that covers everything that happens throughout the event.
