Post-talk analysis: These shops are part of the culture and life of cities, both large and small. They bring together new and different brands, and promote the work of emerging designers, but multi-brand stores are at a time of maximum reinvention.
There is much work to do to bring the splendor back to the physical sales point that the pandemic took away from it, but creative ways to show the product, its distinction, the customer service, the experience, the payment facilities through different means, the exposure on social media, the quality of the product, and a clear commitment from the institutions establish the right path to follow.
But not only associations, designers, brands and establishments have the last word. A change in consumer culture is also necessary to rethink the values that motivate the purchase, and enhancing the garments durability, the slow fashion, and the sustainability over the price.
