Karlo Módenes

Karlo Módenes was born in Extremadura (Badajoz) in 1999 and founded his eponymous brand in 2021 after completing his fashion design studies in Madrid and moving to the city of Barcelona. Karlo Módenes bases his work and brand on performance art, with the intention of reviving the values of the Fluxus group in the present day. Video art, happenings, conceptual art, jokes, games, and clothing are some of his main pillars. Karlo Módenes combines craftsmanship and creativity to imbue his garments with artistic value; they can be seen in the street or in a museum.

“WHO IS THE KILLER?”

It is the first collection of the brand and is a statement of intentions in the current landscape of the fashion world as emerging designers. 

It is the beginning of a story. “WHO IS THE KILLER?” which recalls the classic board game "cluedo¨. Karlo Módenes will present a series of characters through a fashion show-happening, characters that hide details to which we must pay close attention. 

Characters inspired by classic Hollywood movies, serial killers, street robberies, and irreverence. Extra-large trench coats, tailored blazers, stunning printed dresses, and eccentric accessories. 

The characters will walk on the crime scene itself. So, can you identify the killer? 

A game full of fashion, humor and eccentric characters.
