Bonet

Ismael Aguilar Bonet was born on April 7, 1998, in Ibiza. He has always had a strong passion for fashion and art. Although he has also explored disciplines such as photography, video, and design in general, the decision to study fashion was an obvious choice for him when deciding his professional path. 

His brand was born in 2021 as a final project for his studies but became official in mid-2022. From the beginning, Ismael has drawn inspiration from Ibiza, his maternal family’s island and his sisters, as well as femininity, music, and audiovisual art. 

When creating a collection, he always keeps in mind the story he wants to tell, who the protagonist would be, and how they would feel wearing his designs. This narrative and emotional approach is reflected in every one of his works.

Collection lines  

“What do you dance to?”

The collection is composed of mesh looks, jersey knit looks, faux leather looks, silk chiffon looks, and looks that mix and alternate between each of these lines. Beyond the materials, the collection focuses on body-hugging pieces, plunging necklines, very short pants and culottes, micro-bralettes, and the use of rhinestones, crystals, and embroidered sequins. The color palette is sober and minimalist.
