The ChefCut® range of waterjet cutting machines has been specially developed to meet the needs of food artisans.

Waterjet cutting offers many advantages over traditional cutting methods. Thanks to the action of a jet of water projected from a nozzle of just a few tenths of a millimetre, ChefCut® can cut fresh and frozen foods at 3,000 bar of pressure and up to 300 mm per second.

Easy to use and program, ChefCut® is available in 1 and 2 jet versions. The new 2-jet version is more compact, but offers the same performance for impeccable cutting quality and precise, efficient work. Some of its main benefits: creation of complex and original shapes, raw material and energy savings (30% less than traditional technologies), time savings and increased sales.
