The high-performance fryer is made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, with a minimum depth design of only 73 cm. The tank is Y-shaped, with no welded joints and rounded corners for easy cleaning. Created by Dutch designer Robert Bronwasser, the UNIQ Buffet line features a modern and functional design. Its chafing dishes come in various colours and are designed to keep food warm during service, with a tempered glass lid and an insulating handle.

This is a refrigeration cabinet with a capacity of 560 litres, covering a temperature range between -2ºC and 8ºC. It features an intuitive IP 65 digital touch controller for greater precision in temperature control and incorporates LED lighting.
It also has a monoblock cooling system, hot gas defrosting (BT), electronic fans, ventilated condensation system, forced evaporation system and evaporative tray without electrical resistance for greater energy efficiency.
As for the doors, they feature an integrated double-grip handle and pivoting hinge with opening lock and recessed back door with easily replaceable four-chamber ‘cleanless’ flat weatherstrip. It also offers the possibility of changing the opening direction of the doors.

When you remove them, just rinse them with sufficient water pressure to remove any remaining dirt and remove the chemical solution from the utensils.

The Steward project seeks to optimise the customer experience in hotels by automating the supply of ice, ensuring sustainability and efficiency.
It is a robot designed to deliver ice directly to the guest's room, improving their comfort and privacy. Guests can request ice through an app, without the need to leave their room or interact with staff.
Advanced technology and efficient design: The robot can carry up to 5 kilos of ice, operates almost silently (less than 5db) and is equipped with optical and acoustic sensors to move seamlessly around the hotel. In addition, its sleek and customisable design makes it suitable for high-end hotels.
Sustainability and energy efficiency: Steward centralises ice production, reducing energy consumption and eliminating the use of plastics in transport. In addition, ITV Ice Makers uses refrigerant gases with low environmental impact and promotes the durability of its products, supporting repair and recycling through technologies such as 3D printing.

The modular industrial kitchen line is made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, with Scotch-Brite finishes and chrome details. The models are available in gas and electric versions, with a robust and flexible design that allows them to be adjusted to various needs.
It features advanced technology with precise control: The range incorporates a 4.3’ touch screen and a waterproof panel (IPX5). Two of its outstanding products, the Fry-Top and the pasta cooker, are equipped with core probes that allow precise control of the internal temperature of the food, with a tolerance of ±1°C.
Multifunctionality in the professional kitchen: The pasta cooker is particularly versatile and can be used as a seafood cooker, a bain-marie for vacuum cooking or for cooking pasta. Thanks to the probe, it is possible to control the water temperature precisely for various cooking techniques.

The MAX plates feature a removable tray for easy access to internal components, allowing repairs and adjustments without the need to disassemble the plate. This simplifies technical maintenance, including air regulation and nozzle or valve changes.
Uniform heat distribution and energy efficiency: The burners are designed to distribute heat evenly over the surface of the plate, which can be either hard chrome or ground steel, both with a thickness of 15 mm. The internal system optimises the use of heat, directing it towards the plate and minimising energy loss during cooking.
Durability and improved performance: The optimised internal design extends the life of the components and reduces energy consumption. The line offers 12 models in total, available in gas and electric, with different sizes (40 - 100 cm), offering customised and efficient solutions for cooking professionals.
