EcoFrog is committed to ozone cleaning in the hospitality sector at GUEXT

The disinfecting power of ozone reduces the use of chemicals without losing cleaning quality. With this premise, Ecofrog attends Guext, the new International Exhibition of suppliers and services for the Hospitality sector organised by IFEMA MADRID in collaboration with the Spanish Federation of Associations of Manufacturers of Machinery for the Hospitality, Collectivities and Related Industries (FELAC), with an innovative disinfection solution for the professional sector.

As the founder of the brand, Irene Santamaría, states, ‘there was nothing similar in the professional world. If we were able to reduce 80 or 90% of the consumption in restaurants of chemical products that are toxic, single-use plastic containers, pollutants for people, it would be very interesting’. Thus, from 18 to 21 October at Guext, the brand will show the hospitality sector an alternative that completely disinfects and contributes to the environment and the well-being of the planet.

Solutions adapted to the particularities of the hospitality sector.  

Since its beginnings in 2015, the firm has sought to equip itself with the latest technology to develop new, more effective products. In their space at Guext, they will showcase some of their most innovative professional options.

Wash by EcoFrog allows the sanitising machine to be connected to any dishwasher, thus reducing soap consumption by 90%. This professional product, aimed at restaurants and the food sector, generates ozone from atmospheric oxygen. By means of an electrical discharge, the oxygen molecules are separated and injected into the water, creating ozonised water which is a disinfectant and degreaser that eliminates bacteria, viruses and fungi in an effective and environmentally friendly way.

EcoFrog's Avatar project, already present in some of the most prestigious establishments in the gastronomic world, is also an effective disinfectant that also simplifies the management of cleaning product orders and storage, reducing risks and sick leave due to these and saving costs.
