GUEXT welcomes the new perfect square ice cube for premium beverages from ITV Ice Makers
Produced by its new NG 2CUBE ice machine, it produces a 2 "x2", 90 gram ice cube perfect for a wide variety of hospitality uses.
Ice is one of the most important ingredients in hospitality bars as it is required to make most cocktails and mixed drinks. Beyond cooling a drink, ice is important as its dilution combines the flavours of the drink or mellows the alcohol and fruit flavours to create a more enjoyable drink.
In this sense, ITV Ice Makers presents the new NG 2CUBE ice machine that produces a novel 2 "x2" square cube weighing 90 grams and is presented as the ideal size for a wide variety of applications in the hospitality industry, such as liquors, cocktails or premium drinks. This new machine has a production of 23 kg of ice in 24 hours and a storage capacity of 20 kg, ideal to meet the highest demands of cocktail, bar or cocktail bar businesses.
With NG technology, it is equipped with the Anti-Scale Spray System and patented by ITV, a GUEXT exhibitor where it will present the benefits of this new machine. Among them, for example, it eliminates the problems of limescale deposits by means of an elastic vibration that prevents it from accumulating in the evaporator, thus ensuring constant performance and a long service life.
In addition, its advanced electronic control allows the machine to adapt to extreme weather conditions, ensuring optimal performance even in challenging environments, and it has a cleaning button that recirculates the water with the descaling product, making it easy to maintain and ensuring that the ice is always hygienic and of high quality.
Nuevo sistema de refrigeración con gas R290
La gama NG 2 CUBE incorpora el nuevo sistema de refrigeración con gas R290, que mejora la eficiencia de la máquina y cuenta con un sistema de ventilación frontal IN-OUT que permite la instalación encastrada. Finalmente, su sólida estructura en cuatro columnas autónomas es clave para las intervenciones de los especisliatas y para facilitar su mantenimiento.
Del 18 al 21 de octubre de 2024, IFEMA MADRID acoge la primera edición de GUEXT que se organiza en colaboración con FELAC. Durante tres jornadas profesionales, ITV-Ice Makers estará presente y traerá al salón internacional de proveedores y servicios para el sector hospitality sus novedades, últimas técnicas de producción y tecnologías propias.
