Supercooling, the industrial cooling technology that works below zero degrees without freezing liquids or solids
One of its most attractive and innovative proposals for the horeca market is the Super Cooler bottle cooler. The Supercooling phenomenon achieves cooling in less than two hours of a liquid below its freezing point, between 0º and -10º. This is a qualitative leap in terms of industrial cooling, as it works below zero degrees without freezing liquids or solids.
This product combines the work of the R+D+i team with a refined aesthetic, giving the establishment an elegant and sophisticated touch. The SPC501 units are available in stainless steel and Black to adapt to any environment. In addition, it should be noted that this technology can be applied to any type of beverage.
In addition, INFRICO is constantly striving for energy efficiency in its products. For this reason, its refrigeration tables and cabinets improve their energy rating to A+ inverter, due to the use of R-290 refrigerant, electronic fans and optimized air circulation for better temperature uniformity inside.
Finally, its BMGN range features the new intuitive IP 65 digital touchscreen controller with greater precision in temperature control. This makes it easier to adjust the temperature range we want to achieve. It also has renewed aesthetics thanks to its door design with double grip handle and hinges for automatic return and permanent pressure during closing.
Durability, organization and reduction of environmental impact
At Guext, the buckets will materialize the hallmarks of Araven products. They are reusable and recyclable items, with a long useful life, designed to facilitate the work of professionals. In addition, they are made of polypropylene, a highly resistant, BPA-free material that withstands temperatures from -40 to 95 degrees Celsius. They have a reinforced rim with a perimeter grip zone that facilitates handling and transport, as well as lateral reinforcements that provide robustness and guarantee durability. They are designed with smooth inner walls for easy removal of the dough, and rounded edges for easy cleaning.
On the other hand, the ColorClip identification system uses colored tabs (red, green, yellow and blue) to classify the trays according to the desired criteria in order to improve organization and food safety. It also has an engraved area on the surface that allows you to write with the Araven Horeca Marker pen the necessary data to identify the origin and handling of the preserved food.
