Araven presents at GUEXT its new fermentation tank for dough fermentation
With a functional design, the product facilitates the dough fermentation process, as well as its subsequent storage and transport.
Araven will be present at the first edition of Guext, the International Exhibition of suppliers and services for the Hospitality sector organized by IFEMA MADRID in collaboration with the Spanish Federation of Associations of Manufacturers of Machinery for the Hospitality Industry (FELAC). The brand specializing in products for the hospitality industry will show attendees all the advantages of durability, ease of use and sustainability of its wide range of products.
With a catalog of more than 700 references, Araven has added a new range of dough proofing trays. This new line, specially designed for the preparation, preservation and transport of the product without altering its properties and with three stacking systems, will be on display in its space at the fair.
Innovation and design for dough proofing
One of its main features is also its functional design that allows three stacking options with complete stability. In the tower position, the base of the upper bowl acts as a lid for the lower one, preventing the stored dough from drying out. In aeration, it leaves one end free when, on the other hand, the preparation needs to be cooled or part of the gases need to be released. Finally, the cross-stacked shape allows air recirculation between the trays for fast and correct drying.
Durability, organization and reduction of environmental impact
At Guext, the buckets will materialize the hallmarks of Araven products. They are reusable and recyclable items, with a long useful life, designed to facilitate the work of professionals. In addition, they are made of polypropylene, a highly resistant, BPA-free material that withstands temperatures from -40 to 95 degrees Celsius. They have a reinforced rim with a perimeter grip zone that facilitates handling and transport, as well as lateral reinforcements that provide robustness and guarantee durability. They are designed with smooth inner walls for easy removal of the dough, and rounded edges for easy cleaning.
On the other hand, the ColorClip identification system uses colored tabs (red, green, yellow and blue) to classify the trays according to the desired criteria in order to improve organization and food safety. It also has an engraved area on the surface that allows you to write with the Araven Horeca Marker pen the necessary data to identify the origin and handling of the preserved food.
Quality in catering products will be guaranteed by Araven, which will revolutionize food management in the professional sector with its innovative solutions. All the new proposals, adapted to the sector and large surfaces, will be present at Guext, organized by IFEMA MADRID together with FELAC from October 18 to 21.
