Celering presents dynamic shared mobility platform for businesses and public sector at Global Mobility Call
The company will showcase an on-demand, shared, and sustainable mobility platform for urban and rural businesses.
Global Mobility Call will take place from November 19 to 21 at IFEMA MADRID
Celering, a Spanish company specializing in dynamic, smart, and sustainable mobility solutions, will participate as a Top Innovator at Global Mobility Call, organized by IFEMA MADRID alongside Smobhub. This participation highlights the company’s position as a leader in Spain’s corporate and public transport sector. Founded as a startup in 2018, Celering has evolved its services and now aims to double its activity volume in 2025.
Celering has developed an on-demand, shared, and sustainable transportation platform powered by predictive AI algorithms that enable hyper-personalized and optimized routes, humanizing cities and connecting rural areas. Thanks to its services, Celering estimates an 80% reduction in CO₂ emissions, 30% savings in costs for companies and employees, and up to a 40% reduction in travel time for traditional public transport users.
During the Global Mobility Call, held from November 19 to 21 at IFEMA MADRID, Celering’s CEO and founder, José María Campos, will present two highly representative case studies in the Disruptive Forum on the event’s first and second days. These cases highlight both geographical complexity and technological and innovative commitment.
On Tuesday, November 19, at 11:40 a.m., he will present a successful case of on-demand, sustainable transportation in dispersed areas, bideON ARRATIAN, for the Bizkaia Provincial Council. On Wednesday, November 20, at 1:00 p.m., he will present one of Spain’s most emblematic sustainable corporate transport cases: Ashotel Shared Mobility, which operates shuttles for the employees of the Tenerife Hotel and Extra-Hotel Association.
Additionally, Celering will host various activities at its stand (Hall 3, Stand 3C28) for companies and public administrations seeking efficient and sustainable mobility solutions. Visitors can enjoy a cocktail on Tuesday and Wednesday and may also receive a mobility consultancy, among other surprises.
“Through technology and collaborative artificial intelligence, we can adapt our services to solve the current mobility challenges faced by cities, rural areas, and business parks,” stated José María Campos, CEO of Celering. “Our platform can offer real-time dynamism, integrating different transport options like buses, ride-hailing, or taxis to enhance people’s quality of life.” The company aims to expand internationally next year, with multilingual capabilities and flexible time-zone adaptation among its standout features.
Case Study: Facilitating Hotel Worker Mobility in Tenerife
At Global Mobility Call, Celering will showcase the success of its shared mobility initiative with Ashotel, a dynamic shuttle service for employees of 14 hotels in Costa Adeje, Tenerife. In partnership with the area’s Hotel and Extra-Hotel Association, Celering launched a pilot project for sustainable and shared mobility that reduced cars on the road by 25%, decreased traffic congestion, and consequently lowered greenhouse gas emissions by digitizing transport. Through the Celering app, hundreds of employees who joined the project could book or cancel routes that were AI-optimized, adjusting route, stops, or transport type based on demand.
The results were positive for all parties involved. Real-time route optimization significantly reduced wait times, and the service’s flexibility and quality increased worker satisfaction, as reflected in post-project surveys: 100% positive feedback and a final rating of 9 out of 10.
About Global Mobility Call (GMC)
Organized by IFEMA MADRID and Smobhub, with the sponsorship and support of the Ministry of Transport and Sustainable Mobility, Global Mobility Call was launched in 2022 as a strategic event to position Spain as the international hub for sustainable mobility. This event comes at a crucial moment of post-pandemic recovery and in an environment ripe with business development and investment opportunities driven by Next Generation EU funds, the largest stimulus ever seen in Europe, as well as the European Green Deal, the roadmap to making Europe the first carbon-neutral continent by 2050. With a global vision, GMC will hold its third edition from November 19 to 21, 2024, at the IFEMA fairgrounds in Madrid, bringing together leaders from all relevant sectors to share their vision on the development of sustainable mobility policies and business initiatives.
