Industrial Engineer from the University of Valladolid with complementary education from IESE Business School (Executive Management Program), and MIT Sloan School of Management graduate (Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy), Antonio Cendrero is the Managing Director for Arriva Spain, since 2019.

With a clear focus on strategy, operations, business development and innovation and thanks to his extensive experience in executive positions, Cendrero is leading the Spanish branch of Arriva towards a more sustainable, efficient, and digitalized mobility with a global perspective and a localized sense of markets trends and needs.

Arriva is DB’s subsidiary for the regional passenger transport outside Germany and joined the Deutsche Bahn Group in 2010.

Adriana Guzman is an accomplished professional with a wealth of international experience and a proven track record of driving success across various industries, specialized in the technology sector. Adriana is Country Manager for Uber for Business in Southern Europe, where she plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing enterprise and mid market sales strategies, demonstrating her expertise in sales leadership and strategic planning.
With a Masters degree in Business Administration and over 14 years of industry experience, Adriana's career has been marked by her ability to cultivate and maintain optimal client relationships. Her unique insights and visionary approach have consistently led to the creation of high-performing sales teams and the formulation of successful sales strategies, particularly within the dynamic airline and e-commerce sectors.
Adriana's journey in the business world began with a distinctive stint on trading floors, where she excelled as a trader of derivatives in the Colombian Stock Exchange Market. This experience not only honed her strategic acumen but also fostered her keen mathematical and analytical abilities, which continue to be invaluable assets in her current role. Adriana's innate ability to align strategic thinking with actionable plans has consistently delivered results, making her a driving force behind her team's achievements.

He studied Industrial Engineering Master in the ETS Industrial Engineers of the Polytechnic University of Madrid, and Master in Business Development at the Complutense University of Alcalá de Henares. His more than 32 years of professional career have been linked to the railway sector, more specifically in the fields of energy remote controls, signaling and catenary playing numerous positions in large multinationals in the sector both nationally, but above all internationally.
In 2018 he started his activity in SISTEM as Project Manager, in 2021 he became the Commercial director and recently appointed General director of SISTEM, complementing with his experience during these years the activity of SISTEM promoting its activity in the Energy market and establishing the railway signaling market.

Bernard is the Senior Vice President of Auctane Operations for EMEA. Sophie has held a number of leadership positions throughout her career, most recently leading rapid growth initiatives as the Chief Operating Officer at both Packlink and Softonic. Sophie also held leadership roles focused on Customers and Revenue management at Amazon, eDreams ODIGEO and Groupe Carrefour. Sophie earned a degree from Ecole des Mines de Paris, one of France’s top elite graduate engineering and management schools, and is currently based in Madrid, Spain.

Licenciado en Contabilidad y estudios superiores de economía. Lleva más de 20 años trabajando en la compañía, con dilatada experiencia en el sector, actualmente lidera Arriva Nederland, con el objetivo de cero emisiones para 2025. Con aproximadamente 5500 empleados, 1200 autobuses, 164 trenes y 50 autocares, Arriva es uno de los principales actores del mercado del transporte público en Países Bajos.

Marina Lussich is a Principal Program Manager at Amazon Worldwide Operations Sustainability. She leads on public policy and external engagement for Amazon’s operations decarbonization, having spent most of her career in transportation, construction and consulting, including advisory roles to governments and the private sector across Europe and Latin America. She is a civil engineer and transport MSc with an MBA from IESE, and prior to joining Amazon she worked on the net-zero strategy for Royal Mail in the UK, including the electrification of its fleet.

Oscar completed a university program in Marketing and Sales with ESADE University and General Marketing Management with the same university institution. As a last in his academic life he completed the Business Management Administration program
His career has been carried out in the city of Zaragoza with the company JCV Shipping & Solutions. Maritime freight forwarder, helping for 25 years to export goods. He recognizes that his work is achieved through empathy, ethics as a starting point day after day.
He speaks Spanish and English and has skills in the areas of business strategy, logistics, business management and international trade

Patrick Duprat is 62 years old. Degree in hardware and software, he obtained an executive MBA from the School Art & Métiers Paris in 2003. After 10 years in aeronautic, he joined Alstom in 2001 where he worked in different position in signaling, systems then infrastructure departments.
Patrick DUPRAT currently holds a number of positions and is a member of several working groups:

• Electric Road System (ERS) Solution Manager
• eRoadMontBlanc (ERS demo project in France) Project Manager for the Alstom part
• In CEN/ CENELEC, Convenor of TC9X Working Group 30 in charge of the standardization of the ground-level feeding systems for road applications
• In PIARC (World Road Association), French speaking secretary and Working Group leader of the Task Force 2.2 on ERS
