From 2019 to 2021 she was institutional vice-president of the Metropolitan Area of Barcelona and vice-president of the Executive Committee of the Airport Regions Council.

From 2020 to 2021 she was elected representative of the Spanish Federation of Municipalities and Provinces in the National Climate Council

José Vicente de los Mozos was born in 1962, is married and has 4 children. He holds a degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid, a Master's degree in Production Techniques from CESEM in Madrid and an Executive Program from Stanford University (SEP).

Since June 2020, he has combined his work with the position of Chairman of the Executive Committee of IFEMA.

In February 2022 he was distinguished by the Spanish Government with the Gran Cruz de la Orden de Isabel la Católica.

Jorge Rodrigo holds a degree in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid, a Master's degree in Corporate Legal Consultancy from the Pontifical University of Comillas and has completed various public management programmes at the University of Navarra (IESE Business School) and the Pontifical University of Comillas (ICADE).
He currently holds the post of Councillor for Housing, Transport and Infrastructures.
Between June 2019 and June 2023 he has been a Member of the Madrid Assembly, as well as First Vice-President of the Bureau since October 2020.
Between May 2018 and June 2019 he was head of the Directorate-General for Relations with the Assembly.

As head of the list of the PP candidate in the municipal elections of 26 May, he was elected councillor. After the PP reached an investiture agreement in coalition with Ciudadanos and with the support of Vox, he was sworn in as mayor of Madrid on 15 June 2019.
In the municipal elections of 28 May 2023, Almeida revalidated his mandate, achieving an absolute majority in Madrid with 29 councillors.
