PERLIM NOIX :
Founded at the end of the 1970s, the Perlim Noix cooperative federates 500 walnut producers in Périgord (Dordogne, Lot and Corrèze departments). Each year, it produces and sells 3500 tonnes of dried walnuts and 200 tonnes of shelled walnuts.
Always in search of more ecological techniques and materials, with its 600 tons of new varieties each year, its volume of organic walnuts of 550 tons, its 100% recyclable packaging, the cooperative is moving towards a more responsible ethic.
