The company's CEO, Sigfrido J. Molina, is a lover of the countryside with the soul of an entrepreneur, who values attitude and talent as two fundamental qualities in the members of his team. I don't know any other way to advance than by working hard and enjoying doing what I like. I have been able to develop my enthusiasm and that is what I transmit every day to my team. It is what I have seen my father do since I was a little boy and what he has instilled in me. Work for your dream as if there were no tomorrow, with all your strength'.
A company that started in 2013 from a rented warehouse, which five years later built its own packaging plant and is now in the process of expansion. Sigfrido Fruit has also been committed to innovation and the technification of the field throughout this time, installing the latest technology in ripening and conservation systems in its plant, to guarantee maximum compliance with the cold chain and traceability at all times.
On the other hand, in its quest for excellence, it has incorporated a photovoltaic plant for industrial self-consumption and five more in different avocado and mango plantations. A commitment that strengthens its path towards sustainability, and which allows it to directly transform sunlight into electricity.
In addition to all this, there is a team of more than forty people, committed to a project of entrepreneurship and enhancement of the value of agriculture in the Axarquia of Malaga.
