"¿Hemos madurado?" (Have we matured?) BRUÑÓ launches its new campaign, accompanied by a study on the evolution of our habits.
The world is moving very fast, and society with it. More technology, other ways of understanding life, but... How much progress have we made in our healthy habits?
To try to provide an answer, at Bruñó we have carried out a study on the good habits of today's society and we want to share it with you. Did you know that only half of young people eat fruit and vegetables every day? Thank goodness they are aware of this! In fact, we are maturing, as we are eating much healthier now than we did 5 years ago.
Spaniards do not live as healthy and sustainable a life as we would like, but we are getting there. For example: 8 out of 10 people know that they could be more sustainable. We still have a lot of work ahead of us, but we are on the right track.
