We produce and export fresh and industrialised garlic with the highest quality standards. Our farms, located in the middle of the Andes Mountains, allow us to obtain a high quality product and available for export to the northern hemisphere in the off-season.
Varieties
They have garlic of different varieties such as: white, violet, or red. They can adapt to any type of packing required by the destination market, whether loose garlic in boxes or in 3 or 5 pieces.

The company produces under the strictest quality and food safety protocols:
- In the field we work under Global Gap certification
- In packaging and processing: FSSC 22000 and GAP standards.
The company also produces NOP and IFOAM certified organic garlic and walnuts, both in the field and in processing and packaging. Their philosophy of caring for the environment makes them grow every year in certified organic production.
