Ibércia de Patatas will be presenting its new business line for industry at this edition of Fruit Attraction, where the company is experiencing strong growth.
The company will be presenting its extensive catalogue at the fair, which stands out for the variety of products segmented by culinary uses, with multiple formats and sizes, for its emblematic brands such as La Auténtica Patata, Princesa Amandine or El Sabor de Mamá, and for the new seasonal potato native to Spain, such as the Patata Nueva from Malaga and the Patata Castiza from Madrid.
During the fair, Ibérica de Patatas, together with its marketing partners Princesa Amandine, UDAPA, GV El Zamorano and Campotec, will be organising tastings of this product on the stand of the Cinco al Día Association. Princesa Amandine is a gourmet potato that stands out for its shape, flavour and creaminess and whose sales have increased fivefold since its launch on the Spanish market four years ago. In the last year, Ibérica de Patatas has increased its storage capacity with a new warehouse in Mercamadrid for more than one million kilos and has doubled its storage capacity for finished product on shelves in its central warehouse.
The company is thus reinforcing its position as one of the leaders in the sector, with sales of 143,000 tonnes by 2023.Ibérica de Patatas will be present at Fruit Attraction in the grouped area of the 5 Al Día Association.
