The company invites you to discover its new recipes, formats and concepts for the pre-prepared convenience food category at the show, which meet the new needs of today's consumers. The multinational, with a presence in 4 countries and leader in private label products, has a portfolio of more than 1,600 products.

Foodiverse, European leader in the production of fresh, ready-to-eat and ready-to-cook foods, will attend the 16th edition of the Fruit Attraction trade fair.  The group, which has cultivation fields and production plants in Spain, Germany, Switzerland and Italy, will be attending the event that brings together the entire fruit and vegetable sector with a sample of its complete range of more than 1,600 products for retail, foodservice and Horeca.  Visitors will be able to discover the latest innovations that the company will be adding to its pre-prepared convenience food range in the coming months. These include new recipes, formats and even new salad concepts with which the multinational will once again revolutionise the fresh produce category.

Innovation in the service of healthy eating

In the last year alone, Foodiverse has launched more than 200 new products on the market, innovative and attractive fresh products that meet the needs of today's consumers. Among others, it has pioneered the introduction of ultra-fresh salads in Spain, a very popular product in markets such as Switzerland and Germany, where the multinational already has a wide range of recipes. These are salads with premium ingredients that bring all the freshness of the countryside to the consumer and are marketed in cardboard bowls. The multinational also markets a wide range of ready-to-eat salads in bags or trays, including new additions to the Freshkia family such as the light Caesar salad, with 30% less fat and sugar, the Tex-Mex salad, with crispy fried corn triangles, or the Caprese salad, with fresh ingredients typical of this gastronomy and in a more sustainable packaging as it does not incorporate toppings. The Microfreshk dishes, which are steamed in the microwave in just 4 minutes, are an option for those who want to vary the way they eat vegetables.

Freshkia has also presented very attractive alternatives for this summer that also make it possible to eat well between meals, such as vegetable snacks - radishes, carrots and Baby cucumbers -, and dips for snacking - mild and spicy guacamole, brocomole, hummus and Mexican salsa -, as well as cups of ready-to-eat peeled fruit, and cold-pressed juices, available in 11 flavours and 100% natural.

On the other hand, through its subsidiary Agromediterránea, the group markets 35 varieties of fresh vegetables direct from the field. Thus, consumers in the main retailers in Spain and Europe can enjoy the produce grown on the 2,900 hectares it manages.Different types of lettuces and baby leaves, and vegetables such as sweet corn, radishes, peppers and courgettes stand out in an assortment that also includes aromatic herbs to spice up and give extra flavour to all consumer creations for a healthy diet.

Innovation Partners

Foodiverse will once again be at Fruit Attraction with its own stand, where customers and suppliers - both current and potential - will be able to find out about all the new products developed by its interdisciplinary innovation team. To do this, the group's different companies (Verdifresh, Agromediterránea and Comfresh in Spain, Thurländer Salate in Germany, Josef Müller Gemüse in Switzerland and Ortoverde in Italy) are working hand in hand with each client, devising new recipes to expand their product range, incorporating innovative ingredients and adapting global trends to local tastes, thus making the fresh produce range in each country more dynamic.

The multinational, which has more than 55,000 m2 of industrial space, currently works with more than 350 clients in 16 markets, to whom it distributes its products both under distributor brands - with which it is the leader in Spain, Portugal and Switzerland - and under its own brand.

Foodiverse's priority is to ensure that its customers receive its entire range with the maximum freshness and quality, something which it achieves in Spain and Portugal thanks to its own farms, as well as through agreements with local raw material suppliers and the strategic location of its 4 production plants, from which it supplies the main retail chains on the Iberian Peninsula on a daily basis.
