The CATsystem® Experience

Citrosol's big bet for this edition of Fruit Attraction is the presentation of CATsystem®. Visitors will be able to learn first-hand about the advantages of this technology through impressive infographics and demonstrations. About Citrosol

Although founded in 1994 as Productos Citrosol, S.A., the post-harvest treatment and technology activity began in the 1960s within Electroquímica del Serpis, S.A., both in Potries, Valencia. As a result of significant organic growth over the last 15 years, Citrosol currently employs 134 people, 10 of whom are based in various countries and in its subsidiaries in South Africa, Citrosol South Africa Pty, and Peru, Citrosol Peru. With all its treatments and technologies, Citrosol contributes enormously to reducing losses and food waste in fresh fruit and vegetables and increasing the sustainability of post-harvest processes.
