Apply for your press accreditation
Steps to apply for your press accreditation:
1.- Complete the application form.
Access and fill out the form by clicking the button at the bottom of this page.
The system will ask you to upload a scanned copy of your press pass or your professional credential. If unavailable, you can attach a copy of a recent article/report you have authored and published.
The application form is individual. Therefore, for TV crews, institutional communication offices and other media sending multiple representatives to the Fair, each person must complete the process independently. Any registration using an email address already submitted for a new accreditation will be automatically rejected by the system.
If you are a content creator (YouTube, Instagram, X, Tik Tok, Facebook, Podcast or Blog) the application process is the same, as long as channel meets these requirements:
- The channel/profile must be at least 1 year old.
- On social media (YouTube, Instagram, X, Tik Tok or Facebook) you must have at least 10,000 followers/subscribers. (The total from all profiles will not be considered).
- Bloggers must have over 6.000 followers/subscribers.
- For podcasts, you must have over 4.000 followers/subscribers.
- The channel cannot have more following than followers.
- The channel must focus exclusively on topics related to the event.
- A maximum of two people per channel/profile may apply for accreditation.
If you are a Communication, Marketing, Advertising or PR agency, it is essential to upload a letter to the system certifying the exhibitor client you are working for, in order to obtain your press accreditation.
2.- You will receive an email confirming your registration in the system. Please note that this confirmation does not imply validation, until it is reviewed by the Communications Department.
3.- If approved, you will receive a second mail with your accreditation attached. You can download it directly to your mobile phone (PDF, or Passbook format).
If your application is rejected, we will contact you.
*IMPORTANT: press accreditations are 100% digital and can only be requested through the website. Therefore, you will not be able to process it in person during your visit to the event.
