Andorra strengthened its international market at the last edition of FITUR

"Andorra strengthened its international market, established new contacts and consolidated relations with strategic partners at the last edition of FITUR", according to Andorra Turisme officials, whose balance of participation in the trade fair was "very positive". They explain that "we had a large number of visitors and a high level of participation at our stand, where we were accompanied by 15 companies from the Andorran tourism sector".
Andorra Turisme points out that over the three days of the trade fair (plus the last two days when it was open to the general public), "the 15 companies present at our stand held approximately 450 business meetings" (10 per company per day). "These meetings focused on the promotion of Andorra as a tourist destination, the marketing of packages and experiences, as well as collaboration agreements with travel agencies, tour operators and other industry actors". As a result, "new business opportunities have been opened up and strategic alliances have been strengthened that will contribute to the growth of tourism in Andorra".
High number of visitors
Andorra's stand at FITUR 2025 received a large number of visitors, including industry professionals and the general public, interested in learning about the country's tourism offer. "Representatives from travel agencies, hotels, other tourist destinations and various countries came, showing special interest in our offer of nature tourism, skiing, wellness and cultural experiences".
Among the noteworthy personalities who attended the Andorra stand, "the visit of Zurab Pololikashvili, president of UN Tourism, who met with our minister, Jordi Torres, to sign Andorra's adhesion to the International Code for the Protection of Tourists (ICPT), reaffirming our commitment to safety and quality in tourism".
