FITUR WOMAN 2025 explored how tourist destinations can preserve their cultural authenticity and strengthen local identity. It also examined the role of tourism companies in creating work environments that attract talent, promote professional development, and foster a sense of belonging.
About Women Leading Tourism – WLT
The Women Leading Tourism (WLT) Association advocates for greater female representation in the highest levels of corporate tourism governance. It seeks to address the challenges posed by the underrepresentation of women in senior leadership roles within the tourism industry. WLT also aims to mentor a new generation of women, positioning them for vital roles in shaping the future of the tourism sector.
