Welcome to FITUR Screen

The 7th edition of FITUR Screen, held from January 22 to 24, 2025, has strengthened its position as a key space for promoting screen tourism, reaffirming its commitment to both the audiovisual and tourism sectors. Organized in collaboration with the Spain Film Commission, this event has once again demonstrated how audiovisual productions can become essential tools for tourism promotion and the economic development of territories.

This year, FITUR Screen spotlighted Spain and Mexico, fostering international ties and highlighting the cultural and natural richness of both countries as prime filming destinations.

FITUR SCREEN features a dedicated space that includes an exhibition area showcasing various industry participants, a B2B area, and a conference program zone.

    What is Screen Tourism?

Film tourism is a powerful promotional tool that allows destinations to stand out and increase their visibility.

The growing interest in visiting locations where movies and, especially, highly popular TV series have been filmed presents a major opportunity for destinations to promote themselves through the film industry. This global phenomenon continues to expand, providing an important alternative to diversify tourism offerings and combat seasonality.
