Since Eas Electric Smart Technology acquired air-conditioning brand Johnson, both companies are now preparing to launch new products.
Eas Electric Smart Technology acquired Johnson, an air-conditioning unit brand with a track record of over 50 years on the Spanish market and a reference for many installers and establishments throughout the country.
Until now, Eas Electric Smart Technology was the brand’s official distributor and it managed to maintain, and even exceed the market share Johnson had acquired over the years with significant investment, new product launches, improving manufacturing, distribution and quality control systems, developing its after sales service and rolling out major marketing campaigns that have made Johnson a big name in Spain.
200,000 units
The data speaks for itself: in the last four years, the brand sold a total of 200,000 units. With this in mind, and the great efforts put in by Eas Electric Smart Technology, it decided to take a step further and buy the brand. The objective is to continue along the same path and ensure that both brands keep growing together.
