BAXI se une al plan de Agremia que facilita la gestión de los CAES
BAXI, which participated in the latest edition of the C&R fair, organised by IFEMA MADRID, collaborates with Agremia in its "Saving plan with CAES", which facilitates the management of energy saving certificates and tax deductions for the replacement of old boiler equipment with aerothermal energy in the Community of Madrid.
BAXI collaborates with Agremia (Association of Madrid installers) in its "Saving plan with CAES", which facilitates the management of energy saving certificates and tax deductions for the replacement of old boilers with aerothermal equipment throughout the Community of Madrid. The plan consists of making available to installers a platform that facilitates the management of CAES and provides documentation to help users process aerothermal tax deductions. The sum of both incentives can amount to more than 80% of the cost of the work.
Aware of the advantages that the system of energy savings certificates offers compared to traditional aid and subsidies, Agremia has designed a plan which aims, on the one hand, to bring together the savings generated by the installations executed by the companies associated with Agremia and, on the other hand, to act as an integral manager of the system. The initial action foreseen in the plan is the one contemplated in the CAES Catalogue Sheet RES 060 (Replacement of combustion boiler by a heat pump).
Calculation of savings
Thus, Agremia has created the www.ahorraconcaes.com Platform, similar to a "Renove plan", which allows installation companies to discover and calculate the savings generated by the replacement of a fossil fuel boiler with an aerothermal installation and, therefore, to know what economic amount their client will receive in terms of CAES.
Once the installation is complete and the installation company has provided a series of simple and straightforward documents online, Agremia will take charge of all the management of the CAEs, including their verification, so that once the process has been successfully completed and the savings have been registered with the competent administration, the association will pay the incentive directly to the end customer, the owner of the savings. This direct channel, obligee - end customer, via www.ahorraconcaes.com guarantees transparency and traceability in the system. Agremia has negotiated with different obligated parties the amount for CAES for its member companies, with the aim of obtaining the highest possible quotation.
