Ana María García Gascó is Director General of CONAIF (National Confederation of Associations of Installers and Fluids). She says that C&R 2021 has shown the sector’s keenness to get back to normality and activity after the worst months of the pandemic. In her opinion, “that was more than evident from the participation by exhibitors and attendees.”

For CONAIF’s Director-General, the results for her association’s participation in the Air Conditioning & Refrigeration 2021 Fair are clearly satisfactory. Ana María García Gascó explains that “our stand has been a meeting place for many of the installers attending the Fair, people from the sector, other exhibitors and friends in general, and our installers’ associations.”

She adds that “our participation in the panel discussions and technical talks at the C&R Forum has allowed us to partner with other sector and professional organisations, and to express our points of view on matters of special relevance for the sector, such as indoor air quality (CAI), thermal installations regulated in the RITE (Regulation of Thermal Installations in Buildings) and the training needs of future installers, among others.”

And that “the opportunity to engage with all agents in the industry at the Fair has is something that we recognise and value enormously.”

Getting Back to Normal

García Gascó says that the Fair has shown the sector’s keenness to get back to normality and activity after the worst months of the pandemic.” And concludes that, “it was more than evident from the participation by exhibitors and attendees.”
