1st National Forum on Home Staging and Real Estate Marketing to bring together the presidents of the leading property associations at Construtec, International Construction Week.
International Construction Week will host the 1st National Forum on Home Staging and Real Estate Marketing on 8 November as part of Construtec at Hall 3 of IFEMA MADRID.
From 5 to 8 November, IFEMA MADRID will host CONSTRUTEC, as part of International Construction Week, which also includes the trade fairs VETECO, SMART DOORS and PISCIMAD. The programme of activities includes the 1st National Forum on Home Staging and Real Estate Marketing.
The conference, which will be the largest held to date in Spain on this real estate marking technique, will bring together over 20 domestic and international experts in the area and over 300 real estate professionals from all over Spain who have already registered to attend, ensuring a capacity crowd.

The leading associations in the real estate sector will be present with the participation of senior representatives including Miguel Ángel Gómez Huecas, President of the Federation of Associations of Real Estate Companies (FADEI) and the Madrid Association of Real Estate Companies (AMADEI); Ramón Riera, World President of the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI); Ana Luengo, President of the Professional Women in Real Estate Association (AMPSI); and Mariano Fuentes, President of the Association of Independent Real Estate Consultants (ASCISI). They will all participate in a round-table discussion analysing the “Current Panorama of the Real Estate Market”.
What’s more, the programme also includes sessions like “Home Staging in Spain: In Figures and the Current Situation, Barriers and Implementation Alternatives”; “Why and How Home Staging Works in the US and Why it Can Revolutionise the Spanish Real Estate Market” with the creator and inventor of Home Staging, Barb Schwarz. As well as “Why Home Staging is a Powerful Sales Accelerator and Who Should Pay” and “The Visual Image: Key to Ensuring a Successful Sale. Experiences of Investors and Real Estate Agents.” A panel of experts will be on hand to tackle all the challenges relating to this real estate marketing technique.
