BISUTEX September 2024 improves its international presence
• The event, organised by IFEMA Madrid, will return for its next edition during the first week of February 2025.
From 12 to 15 September, Hall 4 at IFEMA MADRID was transformed into a spectacular showcase for the latest innovations and trends in the jewellery and fashion accessories sectors. More than 400 companies participated in this edition, including 30 brands making their debut at the event. There was a marked increase in international participation compared to previous editions, with a significant presence of professional visitors and buyers, primarily from the USA and Latin America. Over the course of four days, Bisutex presented a wide-ranging offering aimed at the upcoming autumn-winter sales campaign, creating an environment rich in creativity, cutting-edge design, and trend-setting styles.
As in previous editions, Bisutex featured the Archi and Minis spaces. Archi showcased collections from more than 20 brands, while the Minis highlighted a further 60. Additionally, prestigious high-end jewellery and accessory companies were present at the fair, including Aldazabal, Biba, Budhagirl Ilc, Caramelo-Cetti-Rainbow, Carlos Celada, Ciclon, Clima, Coferpiel, Colores de Otoño, Costa y Soler, Demiim | Boits, Entaru, Ezpeleta, Greenlily Kcb Vegan Bags, Miguel Ángel Diez Navarrete, Tantrend, Lugupell - Pielnoble - Munich - Real Madrid, Kbas, Misander, Gladiator, Gabol, La Ruta de la Seda, and Oliver Hats along with Solid Sombreros & Complementos-Luca Hats, Aloha and Ohana, Sonata, Joumma Bags, Maluca de Casa Barrera, Cisse Deco & Design, Soruka, and Velati. Moreover, participating brand MUBRI launched its collection on the MOMAD Catwalk, a platform dedicated to promoting and disseminating national and international fashion.
Once again, industry professionals attending the fair had the opportunity to listen to insightful talks in the Image Forum, a debate space located in Hall 6.
Among the key trends highlighted at the event were bold designs, statement necklaces, long earrings, structured bags, oversized glasses, and wide-brimmed hats. In short, autumn-winter trends are characterised by vibrant colours, animal prints, and sophisticated, structured accessories that elevate the every day to the extraordinary.
