Food Court – by iSiMAR

“iSiMAR, with over 60 years of experience, specializes in design furniture made from recycled, durable materials, ideal for outdoor and professional use. This year, in line with ARCO's avant-garde aesthetic, we present our pieces in their purest form, without color, highlighting our commitment to innovation, sustainability, and quality. Our collaboration with ARCO has been essential in creating unique spaces in the common areas, reflecting the contemporary essence of the fair.”

Sala Fundación ARCO by Manuel Espejo Estudio

The contemporary space combines a minimalist art gallery, where the floor, walls, and ceiling are a deep black, highlighting the artworks displayed on the walls. This dark environment creates a striking contrast with the exterior: a vast courtyard in shades of white, with large reflective pools that multiply the natural light. Large trees, with white trunks and ethereal foliage, bring serenity to the surroundings. Benches placed strategically invite visitors to sit and contemplate both the art and the harmony between nature and design, creating a unique sensory experience.

Collaborating companies: Poolins, Jardinería Niza, Polight.

Sala 44 – by Mausha Marsá y David Jiménez

“Within the setting of the 2024 edition of the art fair ARCO, which theme this year is the Amazon, we have created a space that invites to reflect and meet up together, blending the warmth of nature with the theatrics and drama of contemporary art. Through a palette of warm colors and immersive spaces, we seek to offer a unique sensory experience, where the large, winding connecting paths in between the various areas provide natural and comfortable movement around them.

The integration of nature can be found not only in the vegetation but also in the creation of an atmosphere where lighting plays an essential role. The use of focused lights enhances the artwork, whereas warm lighting fixtures placed in conversation areas foster a cozy environment, which is ideal for dialogue and the exchange of ideas. Ultimately, a meeting point where visitors can enjoy an inspiring atmosphere that calls to reflection, art, and conversation.”

Sala A Very Welcoming Lounge (AVWL) – by Studio Mo

“At Studio Mo we are retailers because we love our work, because we are driven by a passion for interior design and decoration.

Our space is called ASILI, which means Origin in Swahili - In this way we wanted to give a nod to Africa, a continent with a rich cultural diversity and home to an impressive artisan tradition that has endured over the centuries.

African crafts are a cultural treasure that enriches the history and identity of the continent. Weaving, sculptures, basketry, jewelry and ceramics are just some of the wonders that African artisans create with passion and mastery. These creations transcend the material and become windows into the traditions, beliefs and ways of life of African communities.

By appreciating and valuing African craftsmanship, we honor the legacy of its creators and help preserve these rich traditions for future generations.”
