Architecture from the section ”the shore, the tide, the current: an oceanic Caribbean”
- By Ignacio G. Galán, Álvaro M. Fidalgo, Arantza Ozaeta
In dialogue with the curatorial proposal and the works of the artists on display, the architecture of the shore, the tide, the current: an oceanic Caribbean presents not only the flows, encounters and confluences, but also the divisions, distances, and dismemberments that make up this sea. The design translates this heterogeneous reading of the overlapping contexts found in the Caribbean through spaces that expand and compress, as well as surfaces that cut, fold, and twist.
