María Sánchez Sanz

María Sánchez is Director of People, Quality and CSR at IFEMA MADRID, she is part of the Management Committee and is very involved in the culture change management process that the Institution is going through.

She specialises in talent management and people development, management evaluation, training plans and labour relations. She has extensive experience in restructuring and organisational culture changes, where the staff are the main agent of change.

Her passion is creating motivated, committed and strongly oriented work teams.

She has a Law Degree, and a Masters in Human Resources Management from the IE Business School, a Master in Digital Business, from The Valley Digital Business and has recently completed the ESADE's Promotional Programme, for the promotion of women to Senior Management positions.
